Rigid cage stranding machines are another very high speed machine with the ability to produce multiple wire combination strands of Copper or Aluminum in one pass.
The machine is constructed with a line of independently geared and reversible rotating cages or sections that rigidly hold the bobbins in multiples of 6 and pay-off while rotating. The first cage is holding 6 bobbins, the next 12, 18, a.s.o up to 30 bobbins.
A core wire pay-off at the beginning of the line is fed through the rigid cages to make the common 19, 37, 61 and 91 wire constructions.
The bobbin diameter ranges can be desighned and tailored according to customers requirement and use.
Stranding up to 91 Aluminium / Copper wiresl
